Kris Humphries Girlfriend Myla Sinanaj, 'Just A Friend'

The Kim Kardashian Kris Humphries divorce keeps getting more interesting.

Less than 24 hours after soon-to-ex-wife Kim Kardashian appeared on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network where she opened up publicly about her relationship with Kanye West for the first time, Kris Humphries swore under oath at the divorce deposition yesterday that Myla Sinanaj  was "just a friend" according to TMZ.

Humphries claims to have known Sinananj for a few months despite being seen out publicly out with since January. He admitted he spoke "generally" to Myla about Kim, only when she asked questions such as ..."What's she like in real life?"  Kris said he never spoke to Myla about his divorce.

Sources shared that Kris was asked if he thought Kim defrauded him, which he originally claimed publicly when filed for divorce a mere 72 days after marrying her last year, and TMZ was told he was quite the gentleman and said there was no evidence of fraud.

This quite a shocker to those closely following the divorce. Apparently Kris does not want to disclose evidence of fraud until the trial because he demanded $7 million from Kim, claiming she devastated him by filing divorce papers so he's saving his "trump card" for the right time.

And if you're wondering how Kris felt about Kim's interview with Oprah on Sunday, sources of Myla's shared with TMZ Kris shared he had an idea she Kim was dating Kanye because West didn't come to the wedding.

Sunday's episode aired less than a week after Kim served the girlfriend in question, Myla Sinanaj, with a subpoena in the divorce case. Kim wants details about hundreds of texts and emails exchanged between Myla and Kris.   

Myla's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, accepted the subpeona on her behalf.
