While some Real Housewives of Atlanta fans are keeping one eye on the outcome of the Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore fight, some are keeping their other eye on Apollo Nida as he continues to face fraud charges.

Apollo Nida Talks Cheating Rumors?

The husband of Phaedra Parks must decide to either take a plea deal or go to trial by April 25. His original preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 12.

Just two days before, he showed up to his court appointment and waived his right to the hearing. He asked for his trial to be pushed back so he could gather all of the evidence the government had against him to verify if he wanted to actually go to trial or not.

Phaedra Parks Having Health Issues Because of Husband?

He is currently facing serious fraud charges stemming from an arrest on Jan. 24. The fitness guru surrendered to police and was let go on a $25,000 bond. He is said to have been working with a woman named Gayla St. Julian. Police were investigating the mystery woman since February 2012 after she allegedly stole victims' identities and committed bank and check fraud. Nida is accused of being involved in the scam that brought in $3 million. He also allegedly opened up fake auto lots.

Police say that St. Julien cooperated with them and can prove that he was involved.

While Nida is facing his own legal troubles, his wife, Parks is being accused of ring leading his first scam that landed him in jail from 2004-2009. She is suing a woman named Angela Stanton who wrote a book called Lies of a Real Housewife and outlined Parks' alleged involvement in the scheme.

Stanton wrote in a court document that she, Parks and Nida "were making fraudulent insurance checks... we were involved in the federal racketeering scheme against the federal government...I often found myself excited about learning [Phaedra's] tricks of the trade. Phaedra was the crooked attorney who knew how to commute crimes against the federal government."

Since then, Parks has spoken out and denied all claims of being involved in any fraudulent activity.
