The preview and synopsis of season 5 of The Good Wife's upcoming episode, The One Percent, was revealed on May 4.

Finale To End With A 'Cliffhanger' Relating To Alicia's Shocking 'Decision'?

The biggest highlight will be that Eli Gould (Alan Cumming) will learn of Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Peter's (Chris Noth) sham marriage, which might give rise a new set of problems. The preview clip revealed another very interesting twist as the State's Attorney slings mud at Peter for endorsing Finn Polmar (Matthew Goode). He tells Peter that he is supporting his wife's lover. Eli is also seen questioning Alicia asking her is she is sleeping with Finn.

He then goes on to inform her that a photo of Finn leaving Alicia's apartment has been leaked and given rise to rumors. The State's Attorney actually hands that picture over to Peter.

"Alicia manages to fallout when her client's insensitive statements to the press threaten the fate of a multi-billion dollar merger. Meanwhile, Diane faces a potential conflict of interest when she and Louis Canning are on opposite sides of a class action suit involving a pharamceutical company. Also, Eli learns the truth about Alicia and Peter's relationship."

Alicia's "Fun Chemistry" With Finn Polmar to Lead to an Affair?
