‘Party Down South’ Cast News: Mattie Breaux Not Appearing In Season 2 Episodes After Warrant Issued For Her Arrest In Louisiana? [VIDEO]

The news doesn't appear to be so good for Mattie Lynn Breaux, one of the more outspoken stars of CMT's reality hit Party Down South.

'Party Down South' Cast 'Getting Their Buzz on' For Season 2?

The 24-year-old is wanted by cops in her home state of Louisiana after a judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest when she failed to show up for a pretrial hearing last month. She had initially been arrested in September and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Breaux was in Georgia at the time of her hearing, filming episodes for season 2 of the hit reality series where she and seven other young Southerners move into a house together and party for the cameras.

'Party Down South' Cast Acting More Tame While Filming in Athens?

Back when the show was still airing its first season, Breaux did an interview with Rumorfix.com, and admitted that she liked to drink, but that she didn't have an alcohol problem.

"I like to drink, I'm from the South, it's not a problem," she said at the time. "I don't do it all the time, but basically a lot of people can't handle certain alcohols and honestly, I'm one of those. I can't drink whiskey. I haven't drank whiskey since the show because obviously it brings a very angry person out.

"Also, at the house in Murrells Inlet, I had just left my boyfriend, I was in a different relationship," she added. "So I think a lot of that anger came out there because it was a big adjustment for me...but I can't drink whiskey, I do not have an alcohol problem, I just like to drink."

While on season one of the show, whenever Breaux drank too much, an alter-ego she called Martha emerged and wreaked havoc with the rest of the cast.

The successful show is returning on June 5 with an all-new second season. Along with Breaux, fellow cast members returning include: 31-year-old Josh Murray from Louise, Miss., 28-year-old Lyle Boudreaux from Lafayette, La., 33-year-old Ryan "Daddy" Richards from Orange Beach, Ala., 26-year-old Walt Windham from Frankfort, Ky., 21-year-old Lauren White from Pineville, La., 23-year-old Taylor "Lil Bit" Wright from Rockingham, N.C. and 25-year-old Tiffany Heinen from Eunice, La.

A special preview of the new season will air right after the CMT Music Awards on June 4.
