Flynn Carson and the secret archives of the Metropolitan Public Library are making the jump from film to weekly TV in TNT's The Librarians, and viewers can get their first glimpse of Carson and his latest recruits in a new trailer.

A new take on the world established in the Librarian trilogy, The Librarians will feature the return of Falling Skies' Noah Wyle in the recurring role of Carson and introduce his four latest protégés - Jake Stone (Christian Kane), a Oklahoma native with a 190 IQ and a penchant for art history; Ezekiel Jones (John Kim), the team's tech wizard; Cassandra (Lindy Booth), who has synesthesia and Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn), the one tasked with protecting the crew as the Library's greatest threat, the Serpent Brotherhood, closes in.

Filmed in and around Portland, Ore., The Librarians already has two episodes under its belt and new cast-produced photos (see above) as well as several from the Statesman Journal indicate the gifted group will be jumping from New York to London to Germany - and that's just within the first two hours.

However, working in the Library has a steep learning curve and Carson's latest recruits will need a little time to get adjusted.

"We just broke into the Tower of London, and now you want us to break into Buckingham Palace," Romijn asks incredulously during the trailer (see below).

Yes, the answer is most definitely yes.

Produced by Dean Devlin (Leverage), John Rogers (Leverage) and Marc Roskin (Leverage), The Librarians will arrive on TNT this Fall.
