There has reportedly been an answer to who Rayna's official love could be when Nashville returns.

Scarlett Will Go 'Back To Square One?'

On Wednesday, TV Line posted some details on random TV shows, including Nashville where Will Chase who plays Luke Wheeler on the series mentioned that he believes Rayna will finally make her way over to Luke.

"My gut says that Luke and Rayna will be [together], but you never know," Chase said. "They have to write some more stories."

Series Will Be 'Enhanced?'

As for how the rest of the season will go, executive producer Callie Khouri recently told The Hollywood Reporter that Scarlett's character is likely going back to her original roots.

"We're taking her back to square one," Khouri said. "We've shown a lot of our characters grow up, even Juliette is evolving - no matter how many mistakes she makes, she's still changing."

The producer also mentioned that Maddie will have a bigger storyline, and might make an appearance on the stage.

"It's really interesting because we get to actually see a microcosm of what it's like for somebody at her age to have that kind of talent," Khouri said. "I think it's pretty clear that she's a musician who sings from the heart, so she'd be much closer to her mother than she would to Juliette - but who knows!"

Khouri also mentioned that despite any regular characters on the series, they may not appear in every single episode.

Nashville Season 3 is expected to premiere this fall on ABC.
