Meanwhile, it doesn't look like Mario is fully committed to his wife, as there is speculation that he might still be seeing his mistress Kasey Dexter on the side, despite being taken back by Ramona.

"Mario is definitely still in touch with Kasey - and they even spent time together a couple of weeks ago. So I wouldn't be too confident about his level of commitment," a source recently told Radar Online.

If Mario continues to see Kasey, it looks like there will be nothing but heartbreak for the reality television star, who has been married to her husband for over two decades.

"The whole thing seems like one big mess. And any way you slice it, Ramona will end up with the short end of the stick. Mario seems to be having a tough time saying good-bye to Kasey."
