Another famous rock musician has signed on for a role in the final season of Sons of Anarchy, and it will be quite a departure from her real-life persona.

Walton Goggins Returning As Venus In Sons of Anarchy Final Season

Courtney Love has been cast in the seventh and final season of Sons of Anarchy as a preschool teacher, according to a Tuesday report by TVLine. Love is set to play Mrs. Harrison who is described as a "straight-shooting" preschool teacher to Jax's (Charlie Hunnam) son Abel.

Mrs. Harrison will take an interest in Abel, which the report suggests will get a rise out of Abel's mother Wendy (Drea de Matteo). She is set to make her debut in Episode 4 of the final season, according to the report.

This would be a return to acting for Love, mostly focusing on her music with her band Hole in addition to her solo work as of late.

Love is the second rock musician to join Sons of Anarchy in the final season. Shock rocker Marilyn Manson joined the cast recently as Ron Tully, a white supremacist who helps Jax expand his power base.

"Sons has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father's," Manson explained in a statement. "So I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of SOA is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle."

Sons of Anarchy Season 7 premieres in the fall on FX, though the network has not yet made an official announcement on when it will return. It will likely return in September, based on previous seasons.
