TMZ reports that Hadid was pulled over early Tuesday morning at around 4 AM "when she allegedly blew through a stop sign and almost collided with an L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. patrol car."

Hadid was then pulled over and the cop smelled a strong odor of alcohol. Hadid reportedly blew a .14, which is twice the legal limit, but Hadid is only 17-years-old, so she cant have any alcohol in her system. The teen was also reportedly driving on a suspended license. Hadid was then arrested and released into her step-dad David Foster's custody. Hadid is the daughter of Mohammad Hadid and Yolanda Foster.

Hadid just graduated from high school this year and posted photos about a month ago on her Instagram with her siblings, including Gigi Hadid.
