It looks like another member of the Argo crew will be joining Ben Affleck on Justice League. But does his addition spell trouble for the upcoming blockbuster?

No Crossover Between DC Comics TV Shows and Film, like 'Justice League,' Says Boss

Chris Terrio, who helped with the screenplay for Argo, is in early discussion to write the screenplay for Justice League, according to Deadline. David Goyer has penned the scripts for both Man of Steel and the upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Terrio is best known for his work on the Argo script, but has also been brought on to work with Goyer on the Batman v. Superman screenplay. Prior to Argo, Terrio has only worked on short pieces and nothing of the feature variety.

Goyer has worked on the DC Universe scripts lately, dating back to working with Christopher Nolan on his Batman trilogy. But with Terrio coming in, it looks like Goyer may move on to other ventures or just work on the pictures in a producer role.

Terrio joins Affleck and other Argo alumnus Scoot McNairy in the Justice League universe. McNairy joined Batman v Superman in an undisclosed role so his presence in Justice League is uncertain.

Justice League is set to hit theaters in 2017. The cast includes Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, and Zack Snyder returning from Batman v Superman to direct. The rest of the cast is uncertain, but some more news should come up once Terrio starts to get a script in order.

Batman v. Superman hits theaters in 2016 and will lead up to the superhero team-up.
