The actress, who Instagrammed a photo of her husband July 21 with the caption that she was 'homesick' and missing him, was surprised July six days later when her husband surprised her by arriving in New Mexico to watch her last few days of filming.

"Someone came to visit me in New Mexico," she captioned a shot of the two that she took.

And while he was there, the two reportedly enjoyed any downtime the actress had, not only posing for an adorable Wild West themed photo together to commemorate their time there, as well as for another shot between takes of the film.

"Thank you @elizabethmessina for capturing this moment between and my hubs between takes #burningbodhi #brooding #husbandscureall," she captioned the pic.

However, even though her husband did surprise her with a visit so she wouldn't be forced to miss him anymore, the actress was still happy to arrive back home in L.A. after filming, which she did on July 28.

"Home sweet home sweet home sweet home!!!" she captioned a photo of herself lying in the hallway of her home after she got back.

The relationship between Cuoco and Sweeting has been criticized for its quick courtship. The two began dating in June 2013, were engaged in September and married in December.
