Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco appears to continue proving she and tennis pro husband Ryan Sweeting are still very much in love, as she threw him the ultimate in surprise birthday bashes over the weekend.

The pro, who turned 27 on July 14, was celebrating his first birthday with his wife, and the actress pulled out all the stops to give him a party he would never forget, posting several photos of the festivities on her Instagram page.

Starting with a video, which captured the moment Sweeting realized his wife was throwing him a surprise bday bash, Cuoco gave her fans a behind-the-scenes glance at the extravagant affair, which featured a pool party, an oversized lit sign featuring her husband's name, a customized pop-up book cake from The Butter End bakery, and a performance by the Aqualillies synchronized swimmers.

"Unbelievable night with Unbelievable friends! Best surprise ever #lifeisweeting," she captioned one shot of herself with her husband, showing the two embracing with big smiles on their faces.

The love between the couple was further captured in an image which showed them kissing poolside, which Cuoco captioned with a sweet wish for her future with her husband.

"Happy birthday to my incredible husband...I can't wait to spend every single birthday with you," she wrote.

This was the first birthday bash the couple celebrated since marrying on New Year's Eve 2013. Their romance was a quick one, with the couple only going public in September at the Primetime Emmy Awards after three months. Their engagement followed soon after.

Cuoco expressed her excitement over getting to finally celebrate a birthday with her husband earlier last week, posting yet another shot of the two together on her Instagram.

"I met my husband right after his birthday last year," she wrote on July 11. "I finally get to celebrate w him. Oh this is gonna be good...".
