'Mob Wives' Star Alicia DiMichele Sentenced In Legal Case

On Thursday, The New York Daily News reported that DiMichele was sentenced to four years probation in her ongoing legal case that had caused her to leave the VH1 show.

The New York Post reported in early July that DiMichele was charged with her husband Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo for taking union pension funds from the now defunct New Jersey trucking company they used to run. Garofalo was sentenced to seven years in jail. DiMichele had to come to a restitution deal, but was waiting to be sentenced. She had faced up to six months in jail.
