Did Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump just reveal a cancer scare? Vanderpump tweeted her fans a very important and surprising message yesterday.

Kim Richards Stays Sober On Recent 'RHOBH' Girls Night Out

Last night, Vanderpump tweeted "Fantastic news I have all clear for all biopsies after having experienced serious skin cancer,I urge you to get tested and hide from sun!" This has appeared to be the first time Vanderpump has publicly mentioned any skin cancer scare.

As RHOBH fans know, Vanderpump's co-star Yolanda Foster has been publicly dealing with lyme disease for years. Foster even had surgery for it last year. "I went from being an outspoken, multitasking social butterfly to be trapped in a mentally paralyzed cocoon. Two and a half years ago, I started going to my doctors complaining about exhaustion, joint pain, insomnia, but most importantly, my neurological malfunctions," Foster said at an event in 2013.

Both Vanderpump and Foster will be on Season 5 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. No word on whether either will talk about their medical issues, yet. Vanderpump wasn't even sure if she wanted to return for this season.

"I'd done something like 140 episodes. So for the most part, it's been incredible - it really has," she Hallmark channel's Home and Family. "It's given me such an opportunity to talk about the things I'm passionate about... You know, because I'm a huge supporter of the LGBT community, children with alopecia, Keep the Memory Alive, all those things, so that's been really, really helpful, and I've had a lot of fun doing it. I really have. But last season it was hard."
