Vin Diesel posted a picture that looks like a still out of Fast and Furious 7. In the photo he is seen by the open bonnet of a car, leaning over it engine.

New Fast & Furious 7 Photo Featuring Dwayne Johnson As Hobbs Revealed

The picture was uploaded on August 28 via the actor's Facebook account. Of the cast members, Diesel has been most active in promoting the movie online and giving fans a glimpse at behind-the-scenes stills in building the anticipation for the seventh in the franchise.

The most exciting reveal the actor has offered to fans in the recent past is a series of shots from action sequences, in which Diesel is seen tackling Jason Statham's villainous character. Statham's character will be out for blood, seeking vengeance for his brothers death in Fast and Furious 6 at the hands of Toretto and his crew.

Editing For Fast and Furious 7 Is Currently Underway

Fast and Furious 7 will take off from where Fast and Furious 6 left off. James Wan took over the director's role from Justin Lin, who announced earlier in the year that he will step away from directing the franchise.

The cast for the seventh instalment reprising their roles include Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Luke Evans, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Jordana Brewster. UFC Womens Bantam weight champion Ronda Rousey and ONG Bak star Tony Jaa will also star in the film.

Fast and Furious 7 will hit theaters in April 3, 2015.
