'Fast & Furious 7' News: Editing For Movie Is Currently Underway, Director James Wan Reveals [VIDEO]
Director James Wan revealed that the editing for Fast and Furious 7 is currently underway via his Twitter on August 25.
The director took a break from the editing room to take up the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, for which he was nominated for by Peter Saffron.
The director further nominated Insidious 3 director Leigh Whannell, and the horror franchises producer Jason Blum. Wan helmed the first two films in the Insidious franchise, in collaboration with Whannell, who wrote them.
Wan takes quite a beating with a rather heavy pour from a bucket of iced water dropped from a height.
The filming for Fast and Furious 7 was successfully finished last month. The movie was completeld with the help of Paul Walker's brothers Cody and Caleb, who helped finish his character arc after a rehaul.
Fast and Furious 7 will take off from where Fast and Furious 6 left off. James Wan took over the director's role from Justin Lin, who announced earlier in the year that he will step away from directing the franchise.
The cast for the seventh installment reprising their roles include Diesel, Rodriguez, Luke Evans, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Jordana Brewster. UFC Womens Bantam weight champion Ronda Rousey and ONG Bak star Tony Jaa will also star in the film.
Fast and Furious 7 will hit theaters in April 3, 2015.
