The mystery man spotted enjoying a beach day with VH1 Hollywood Exes star Nicole Murphy over Labor Day weekend has been identified.

His name is RJ Bates. While rumors have swirled that he is the reality star's newest flame after her high profile split with former NFL star Michael Strahan, the two are not confirmed to be in a romantic relationship just yet.

He is her business partner for her new wine line, Destiny Moscato, which could explain why they were both rocking gear from the company. She sported a Destiny Moscato cap while he stepped out in a black shirt with the new business' logo.

Bates is the Vice President of Destiny Moscato, TheYBF reported Monday. While it might not be a romantic connection at the moment he did help her with her become the latest celebrity to take on the now infamous ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. She accepted the dare from her fellow Hollywood Exes star, Mayte Garcia. Bates dumped a bucket of ice over her while she sat on her knees on the beach. She also challenged her Hollywood Exes crew to do the same.

Murphy and Strahan called it quits on their engagement last month. They were dating for more than five years. The two were spotted together at South Beverly Grill in Beverly Hills just days after their very public split. When they were leaving, Murphy set the record straight that Strahan "is always a gentleman."

No word on if they have rekindled their relationship yet.
