It looks like Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif might be pushing herself too hard, leaving her rumored boyfriend worried.

Did Katrina Kaif Reunite With Salman Khan?

On Thursday, Deccan Chronicle mentioned that the actress was spotted at a suburban studio where she wasn't looking too well. Her alleged lover Ranbir Kapoor was apparently with her and may have gone down to see her to see if she was okay. Kaif has reportedly been working a lot without a break mainly for the film Bang Bang.

"Ranbir has been extremely worried about Katrina's health," a source said. "She has had bouts of fever and dizziness and despite that she refused to cancel her shoots. Bang Bang is already lagging behind schedule. They're in the process of starting the promotions and any more delay will affect the schedule for her other film Jagga Jasoos. So Katrina is going out of her way to fulfill her commitments."

There was a previous report from Bollywood Life where it was mentioned that Kapoor may not have been feeling that confident about the way Kaif has been taking care of herself.

"Ranbir has asked Kat to take it easy and not ignore her health," a source said. "He's worried that she might get into a worse condition because of her hectic shoot schedules."

The site then said that the actress was allegedly shooting the movie Phantom till three in the morning, but she's pushing herself to keep up with her work.
