It looks like the relationship between Dan Bilzerian and his colleague isn't strictly professional based on a salacious new photo that the playboy posted on Instagram.

According to a Twitter image of a conversation that Bilzerian had back in July, his colleague is named Greg Baroth although Bilzerian referred to him as his "PR a--hole."

On Sunday, the playboy posted a photo of Baroth where he stands behind a car door as he wears a T-shirt with Bilzerian's face on it. He has a big smile on his face, which could be due to the fact that a group of women surround him as they wear revealing bikinis. The girls smile for the camera where one of them is pulling on Baroth's shirt, showing off part of his upper torso.

"@gbaroth said I don't pay him enough, so I let him make a T-shirt with my likeness to support his rampant porn addiction https://www.represent.com/dan," Bilzerian wrote in the caption.

It's unclear if Baroth really has an addiction to porn or not, but the Instagram star could have just been messing around.

Most of Bilzerian's images show girls in bikinis or even less than that, except he is usually the one who stands in the middle. His other snapshots show him playing poker, firing guns or doing something else completely random. This lifestyle led Bilzerian into becoming one of the biggest celebrities on the Internet with more than four million followers.
