Instagram celebrity may end up having to change his partying days ever since he gave a hint that he could become a daddy soon.

On Friday, the playboy added a photo to his Instagram page of a girl who appears to be topless while wearing blue shorts. She's gently sitting on a bed as her chest is barely covered. She happens to be holding a poster-sized image of Bilzerian as he gives a stare with his arms crossed and the girl has a big smile on her face.

While the Instagram picture seemed a little strange, Bilzerian's caption gave a brief description that ought to lead to some questions.

"A girl sent me this and said we've been sleeping together... #IHopeShesNotPregnant," Bilzerian wrote.

The hashtag gave some curiosity if the playboy did accidentally procreate or not although there is a good chance he might have been joking.

There is also some speculation if Bilzerian was actually sleeping with the girl or not. It's possible that he doesn't remember her or she could have been joking if she had indeed said that.

The Instagram star is typically known for his racy images that usually involve semi-nude women all around him. He also tends to be upfront through social media when it comes to his sexual exploits.

Some of his other pictures involve fancy cars, poker playing, group shots, firing guns and his cat Smushball. Another recent image shows Bilzerian in a group shot with three girls as they're reportedly celebrating one of their birthdays.
