While Rambo will come between the last Expendables movie and the next one, the cast could still be taking shape with two of the latest action stars joining the film. But are an Oscar winner and a pro wrestler going to come and help Sylvester Stallone?

'The November Man' May Be Joining 'The Expendables' For The Fourth Movie

Denzel Washington has been taking on a lot of action roles lately with 2 Guns last year with Mark Wahlberg and The Equalizer this year that has the former Oscar winner becoming an action star in the vein of Liam Neeson.

With this action renaissance happening for Washington, he could be a candidate to join the cast of The Expendables as part of the team. He has shown that he can handle the big budget explosions in 2 Guns and has the charisma to be a fearsome fighter in The Equalizer, so helping the Expendables wouldn't be anything too new.

'Being John Malkovich' Star Wants In For 'Expendables 4'

Another star that could surface in cast talks in Dave Bautista, who is one of the breakout stars from Guardians of the Galaxy. Bautista was a pro wrestler before taking on the role of Drax in the Marvel movie and could bring his fighting skills to the Expendables franchise to join other wrestlers like Randy Couture in the movie.

With other rumored names like Jackie Chan and Hulk Hogan still possibilities for the cast, these other names could pop up as up and coming action stars joining the film.

The Expendables 4 is rumored to open after Stallone finishes Rambo 5 and is expected to bring back the main cast.
