Now, following the finale of Big Brother, details about Thompson's role on the soap have been revealed-including how it will relate back to his most recent television stint.

"We're going to have fun with all the speculations about Donny's 'real' career and it'll involve a lot of costume changes," the soap's supervising producer Casey Kasprzyk told TV Guide.

Thompson also talked about how his former housemates never quite believed he was what he said, and how much it surprised him to hear some of the theories that had floated around.

"..When I was evicted, Julie [Chen] listed off all the things people thought I did for a living, including ninja. I was, like, 'Holy moly, they really thought that?'" he said. "I also hear some people in the house suspected I was a professor, because I had brought a Harvard shirt from home-one I bought for eight dollars. My Southern accent is so strong, I don't see how they could have thought I was some sort of smart teacher because I sound kinda dumb. And a ninja? I'm 42 years old with three knew surgeries."

In addition to his Bold and the Beautiful role riffing on his Big Brother days, Thompson also revealed some details about how his character is going to fit into the soap's universe, and admitted he was nervous about doing scenes with three-time Emmy Winner Scott Clifton, who portrays Liam on the show.

"...Being on The Bold and the Beautiful will be lots of fun. They've got me wearing all sorts of outfits-surgeon, soldier, you name it [Laughs]. Wait till they see me back home!" he said. "I'm going to be in scenes with Scott Clifton, who they tell me has three Emmys and that he loves Big Brother and is a big fan of mine. Huh? I'm just a little groundskeeper from nowhere and I have a fan who's a big-deal actor in Hollywood? I'd be happy just to mow his grass."

Thompson also won't be the only BB alum to cross-over to B&B on his episode. The Halloween-themed episode will also include twelve other former houseguests, including Thompson's fellow season 16 stars, Amber, Zach, Cody, Caleb, Nicole, Hayden and Devin, as well as other former favorites who have previously appeared on the soap, Brendon, Rachel, Elissa, Jeff and Jordan.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday 1t 1:30 p.m. on CBS. A specific airdate for Thompson's episode has not been announced.
