Jamie Dornan 'Scarred' By Previous Role, 'I Do Carry Elements Of Him With Me In A Worrying Way'
In The Fall, Dornan may play a serial killer, but he is anything like that in real life. Anderson told The Mirror Wednesday that he has a sense of humor.
"He's very, very funny and good at telling stories. He's a good mimic as well. He's a lovely lad. On the first series, people were like, 'Who is this guy? Is he an ex-model or something?'" Dornan famously modeled for Calvin Klein before breaking into acting.
Anderson said that fans also want to know more about Dornan than her most famous works. "Now people don't want to talk to me about The X-Files. They only ask about Jamie Dornan." She also revealed that the two meet up in between takes of their BBC series.
Despite their easy rapport, Dornan has said his troubled The Fall character got to him. According to The Guardian, Dornan said, "You can't fail to be left slightly scarred by inhabiting someone like that for two seasons. I do carry elements of him with me in a worrying way. I find him relatable ... I have a deep understanding of him and why he is why he is."
