Stevie J, whose last name is Jordan, took to his Twitter Tuesday to address the ordeal. He announced he would speak with all media concerning his case Friday.

The music producer also shut down the claims of the children's mother, Carol Antoinette Bennett recently and said, "She's a great friend of mine. At times, she lets our emotions get the best of us. When we feel something is unjust, we go hard for it. But I'm right here.

"There's no need to do it any other way than to talk to me directly. I definitely had a conversation with her. Everything is alright. I'm a great dad. Just check out my kids Instagram. I love my kids and I take good care of my kids."

He went on to say that he does not owe Bennett in child support but said she has taken advantage of a judgement that was handed down to him way back in 1996.

"Well, the system is the main game. I'm sovereign; those rules don't apply to me. I take care of my family. That Kobe number just added up over the years. I take care of my kids. I wouldn't say I spend $16,000 a month on my kids. Do you know a kid that needs $16,000 a month?"

Shortly after the claims surfaced, Stevie J and one of his sons shut down all speculation that he does not take care of his children.
