The Terminator Fans spoke to Courtney while he was promoting his latest movie, Unbroken. When asked about what rating the movie was likely to get, and if an R-rating would be appropriate, Courtney stated that that might not be the case.

"I would love to see it be rated R, but I don't think it will. I think in this day & age, it's much more likely to be PG-13. There were no f-bombs. But there'll be a healthy amount of movie violence," he said.

The actor also dished about working with the endoskeletons being a funny experience.

"I don't know about my BEST Arnold story but the endoskeletons were funny, because they were really just guys in mo-cap suits running around," he said.

The Terminator Fans, has been rooting for an R-Rating and is concerned about the fact that the movie might be rated PG-13, as was the case with Terminator: Salvation. The website had launched on pretty serious campaign to ensure that the film gets an R-Rating.

"This is not an attack or a boycott on Terminator: Genisys, it is what it is. This is a movement to show that there is a market for R Rated Terminator movies and that we will pay to see them," part of the petition reads.

The website had even gotten in touch with producer Megan Ellison to raise the issue back in 2012, but feels that the producers aren't taking this very seriously.

Terminator: Genisys is being directed by Alan Taylor and also stars Jai Courtney, who will be playing Kyle Reese, and Emilia Clarke will play Sarah Connor. Sandrine Holt (House of Cards) will be playing Detective Cheung, who will "arrest Kyle and Sarah when they arrive in 2017."

It has been suggested that the film will be a reboot, that is not exactly true. It has been reported that Terminator: Genisys will rewind to the first two films in the series and will move back and forth in the plot with the help of time travel scenes

Terminator 5 is scheduled to release in July 2015.
