Ava Realizes Something Is 'Definitely Wrong' With Her Pregnancy

After taking the pills Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) gave her, she started experiencing awful stomach cramps and pains-and learned after Sabrina admitted to giving her the wrong medication that she was in labor. But considering that Sonny (Maurice Bernard) wants her dead as soon as her baby is born, Ava is hesitant to receive medical help at the hospital.

Now, her baby's potential father, Morgan (Bryan Craig) and her daughter, Kiki (Kristen Aldersen) will be forced to convince her that she needs help-and can't risk both her life and the baby's in an effort to keep Sonny from figuring out where she's been hiding.

"We need to get you to the hospital," Kiki says to her mother in a preview clip for the Thursday, October 16 episode.

While Kiki tries to help save her mother and potential half-sibling's lives, Nathan (Ryan Paevy) will finally begin to learn the truth about the woman he believed was his sister his whole life, only to learn that she was actually his cousin.

His adoptive mother, Madeline (Donna Mills) is back in Port Charles, and she is ready to drop a huge bombshell on him about Nina (Michelle Stafford)-and her true colors.

"It's time you heard the truth," Madeline tells him in the clip.

The truth about Nina's schemes and plots continues to unfold, ever since Silas (Michael Easton) caught his wife walking around perfectly fine on both legs-after she claimed to need a wheelchair. Ever since, he has learned several alarming new details about his wife-and everyone on her list of people to get revenge on is slowly realizing what she's capable of.
