‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Britt’s Lies Exposed & Ava Realizes Something Is ‘Definitely Wrong’ With Her Pregnancy [VIDEO]

Some major lies and secrets could soon be exposed on General Hospital.

Nikolas Issues A Warning

Britt (Kelly Theibaud) finally managed to win Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) back after months of his alternating between not speaking to her and being torn between her and Liz (Rebecca Herbst). But after she proved to be a solid support system for him when his son Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) went missing, Nikolas softened and had a change of heart-inviting Britt to move back into the mansion with him and rekindle their romance.

However, their happily ever after may just be short-lived after Britt comes clean about her role in Spencer's disappearance-and judging by a preview clip for the Wednesday, Oct. 15 episode, he won't react well, smashing a plate against the wall as Britt cowers and cries in bed.

Morgan Begs Ava Not To Leave Port Charles

And while their recently rekindled romance hits the brakes once again, Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) revenge plot against Ava (Maura West) could soon be exposed as well.

The nurse wanted revenge against the female mobster after she believed Ava orchestrated the car accident that killed her son, which prompted her to switch Ava's pain medication pills with ones that would cause premature labor. An unsuspecting Ava took the pills after a day of excruciating pains-and now, the pills may finally be working and causing Ava the same kinds of heartbreak Sabrina felt.

"Something is definitely wrong," Ava says to Morgan (Bryan Craig) in the clip.

Unfortunately for Ava, delivering her baby is the worst possible thing that could happen to her-and if Morgan demands she seek medical attention, her hiding spot will be exposed-and Sonny (Maurice Bernard) could come after once more and try to kill her.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
