DiMichele was sentenced to four years' probation this past August. The New York Post reported in early July that DiMichele has come to a restitution deal. DiMichele was charged with her husband Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo for taking union pension funds from the now defunct New Jersey trucking company they used to run. DiMichele agreed to pay $40,000. She had faced up to six months in jail. Judge Sandra Townes gave her a warning along with the probation, saying she "didn't want to see her again."

DiMichele's eldest son is a sophomore in college.

DiMichele wrote two months ago before he went back to school "How cute is he?? Every Mother knows what I'm feeling right now! Bitter Sweet, So Proud but so sad Love my Baby @antfioravanti".

On the Mob Wives star's blog the same month, DiMichele talked all about her Sunday family traditions. She mentioned how her whole family spends the day together playing, eating and drinking. DiMichele also said she only had one rule on Sundays for her kids. They have to stay with their family, but they can invite all of their friends over, which they certainly did on Ant's last Sunday at home before leaving for school.
