It looks as though Sonja Morgan isn't as broke as everyone previously thought her to be. According to a new report, the Real Housewives of New York star is reportedly spending $34,000 a month in extravagant spending which includes her entertainment and travel needs.

Radar Online reports on Friday that despite rumors that she's in foreclosure and in millions of dollars in debt, Morgan is living the high life with her current income.

The site reports that she has spent $1,804 for travel and entertainment, over $4,000 in food, clothing and hygiene and about $1,500 in medical costs, with expenses averaging at about $34,000 a month.

Morgan is facing a $8 million judgment from Hannibal Pictures, which according to the judge in their case, have the next year to enforce liens on the Real Housewives of New York star's earnings and assets. According to court documents, she failed to raise money for a new project starring John Travolta and is now being sued for damages.

According to Showbiz Spy on Friday, a report from Radar Online says Morgan's lawyers are challenging a creditor's plans to get paid back sooner rather than later while objecting production company's Hannibal Inc.'s plan to liquidate all of her assets, including her townhome. The company wants to get paid the $8 million they are due from the reality star.

The site says that Morgan has suggested her own plan, which would see her creditors get paid 80 percent of what they are owed, which would include 62 percent of her debt after a judge approves of the plan.

Back in July, Morgan insists that there is no truth to the claims that she is in bankruptcy and is being forced to sell her home because of her dire financial situation.
