It looks as though Kate Gosselin and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin are finally getting along these days. After several years of back-and-forth media wars and constant bickering, the ex-couple was spotted looking very friendly with each other this past weekend.

Jon apparently stopped by Kate's yard sale with their eight kids in Wernersville, Penn. over the weekend. Despite the fact that Kate's rumored love interest Steve Nelid was there, everything seemed to be rather drama free between her and Jon. Radar Online has even posted photos of Jon giving his ex-wife a helping hand at the yard sale as well. This is even leaving fans to speculate that Kate might be helping out her ex where he needs it the most, too.

Even though things might be going well between Kate and Jon these days, his personal life has gotten hit with a big blow. It's been rumored for a few weeks now that the ex-reality star has hit "rock bottom" due to his financial problems.

Jon was recently evicted from his Pennsylvania home after failing to make payments for four months in a row. Now, his ex-landlord is opening up about his current state and how shocked she was to see her home damaged by the former TLC star.

Linda Eways told Star Magazine on Thursday, "I showed up to take a look at the house after Jon was supposed to have been entirely moved out, and what I found completely shocked and infuriated me."

Apparently, Jon left debris and garbage all around the house while the house's white walls and doors have been damaged by his dog.

Eways added, "I was so frustrated by the entire situation that I had to leave and give him one more day to entirely move out. We called Jon and asked him about an abandoned kitten, and he seemed unconcerned saying it belonged to his ex girlfriend Liz Janetta, who left in September. He just left her there. It broke my heart, but we adopted her."
