Things are about to take a serious turn for Bill and Jen based on the latest trailer for The Little Couple.

'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' Cancelled

The trailer that was posted on Hollywood Life on Tuesday starts off with Jen trying to get back to her normal life after being sick for a while. Her kids seem to be doing well since they're going to school, playing hopscotch and swimming. Of course, there are some rough moments since Will and Zoey are still toddlers, but for the most part, it looks like Jen and Bill have it under control.

But things start to darken when Bill discovers that he's having back issues, which will have to result in a surgery. He needs this surgery so badly that if he doesn't get it, then he might have to wind up in a wheelchair. As scary as this is, it sounds like the main thing that worries Bill is not being able to be there for his kids.

The trailer shows more scenes with the children as they learn how to do a number of other activities. This includes riding animals, fishing and blowing out candles on birthday cakes. There is even a moment where one of them says, "I love you, daddy."

The last moment shows Bill in the hospital awaiting his surgery, leaving speculation if the results will be successful or not.

The Little Couple Season 7 premieres on Tuesday, December 2 at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
