While the classic Bond films had more laid out plans and the recent ones have been more personal for the character, could the next movie have 007 using his best detective skills to find the villain behind the master plan?

These Two Characters Will Be Potential Bad Guys In 'James Bond 24'

With possible villains in Christoph Waltz and Lea Seydoux, the next outing for James Bond will have sleek, sexy, and smart minds behind the overarching plan to bring destruction. But instead of past villains, could these bad guys leave a trail for Bond to uncover and follow?

Even though some of the classic bad guys are fun, their plans were very much laid out for Bond to figure out. While in the most recent effort, Skyfall, it was a little more hidden, there could be room to make the next film an almost mystery movie.

Christoph Waltz's 'Bond 24' Role May Not Be What You Thought It Was

With Waltz possibly playing the main villain, his character could be someone who has a sharp mind and will want to test Bond's wit before taking on the secret agent in a more physical battle. Much like Javier Bardem's Silva in Skyfall, he could be looking to test Bond before unleashing the bulk of his plan.

The next film's plot could center around a number of clues with the end game being the reveal of Lea Seydoux being a mole. While it wouldn't necessarily end with Waltz or even his henchman, played by Dave Bautista, dying, it could be the first step in a two movie plan and battle between Craig's Bond and Waltz's villain.

Bond 24 comes out on Nov. 6, 2015.
