Skylar Grey Dishes About Collaborating With Nicki Minaj & 'Bed of Lies'

Minaj's third studio album, The Pinkprint, is due to drop on Dec. 15 so the timing of her performance on SNL is perfect.

In the past, when Minaj was tapped to be a musical guest in 2011, she dished to MTV News prior to her appearance on the NBC hit show that being a musical guest for the show is "epic" and "monumental." She probably still feels that way now.

It's likely the rapper will perform Bed of Lies and Only since they are her latest singles, which means she'll probably be joined by Skylar Grey, Drake, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown.

In 2011, Minaj took part in a skit while on as a musical guest so hopefully this time around she'll be able to take part again. Check out some of the footage of Minaj from her 2011 SNL debut below.

Her episode of SNL airs on Dec. 6 at 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC. She is part of closing out the year on the show's 40th season.
