While the cast and crew of Netflix's Longmire are excited to get back to work this March, it's quite possible that not everyone will be along for the ride.

'Longmire' Season 4 Spoilers 

During the season three finale, Branch's (Bailey Chase) life was on the line after making some unfortunate discoveries about his family's business. After confronting his father, there was a shot that rang out with it being uncertain on whether or not he took a bullet.

 While it's feasible he made it through, fans will have to face the possibility that Branch may have met his demise when that gun went off. 

'Longmire' Cast 'Knew' Show Would Be Great From Day 1 

Regardless of Branch's fate, Chase was glad to hear that the series was picked up by Netflix for a fourth season after it was cancelled by A&E earlier this year.

On Twitter last Thursday he congratulated his Longmire "family" on the Netflix pickup, celebrating with both cast and fans.

While producers brought the show to Netflix with a basic idea of how season four would go down, there have been no spoilers released to the public just yet.

Longmire will likely return for Season 4 during the second half of 2015.
