Theo Rossi, one of the stars of FX's Sons of Anarchy, recently spoke about the "bittersweet" ending ahead for the final two episodes of the series.

'Sons of Anarchy' Creator Kurt Sutter Talks FX Drama Having A 'Satisfying' Ending Regarding 'Our Hero'

Rossi, who plays Juice on the motorcycle drama, spoke with Naples Daily News recently about the final run of the series and while he could not say much, he did reveal that fans will be pleased.

"All I can say is, as a fan myself, I just think it's just terrific," he revealed. "They're so good, they're so well done. They're everything I could ever want as a fan of the show."

Rossi admitted that the ending is "bittersweet" for him.

"I'm not going to be hanging out with my SOA family. But at the same time, [showrunner] Kurt [Sutter] is telling the story he wants to tell. It's extremely satisfying."

Ultimately, "Sons of Anarchy is a family drama," Rossi added. "It resonates with everyone."

Juice has had a pretty dark final season of the show, with one recent scene featuring him being raped by Marilyn Manson's character Ron Tully in jail. Rossi spoke about this scene and admitted that the only way to get through it was to find some levity on set.

"You have to joke around in the absolute lunacy of it all, when you're doing stuff so dark and so crazy. And prison is no place for Juice," Rossi noted. "This is one of the most heinous acts that can be done to another human. How do we get levity in this situation? You have to be somewhere else when you're doing it."

At the end of the day, the fans have stuck by Sons of Anarchy through thick and thin, which Rossi acknowledged.

"We have the best fans on the planet. This is truly a fan-built show in every way. The fans have made us."

Sons of Anarchy airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
