TV personality Kristin Cavallari has managed to keep up with a healthy figure based on a new photo she posted that shows off her toned torso.

The mother of two took to Instagram on Sunday to snap a shot of herself getting a workout in. She wears a small white top with tight pants where her flat stomach is exposed. She takes a mirror selfie where she kneels on a yoga mat and an exercise ball can be seen behind her.

She captioned the image, "Just got a nice little workout in. Yes those are baby monitors behind me. #GottaLoveNapTime."

Cavallari married Jay Cutler in June 2013. They have two sons, Camden, 2, and Jaxon, seven months.

The Hills star told Access Hollywood last summer that she's been pushing herself to stay in shape after having two children.

"I've been working out really hard. Those last five pounds are really stubborn. It's in your stomach," Cavallari said. "You have to eat really well and work out."

The reality star also mentioned how she balances out what she eats.

"I don't put any toxic chemicals in my body," she said. "I'm a freak about reading the ingredients. I don't count calories, I just read what's in whatever I'm going to be putting in my mouth."

Cavallari then pointed out one particular food group she stays away from.

"I stay away from dairy for the most part," she shared. "I think that is the number one weight gainer. If you're going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy."
