'Hannibal' Season 3 Spoilers: New PHOTOS & VIDEO From Florence Filming; See Mads Mikkelsen, Gillian Anderson
Brush up on your Italian, Fannibals, Hannibal is heading to Florence.
The NBC series’ cannibal will spend the first half of season in Europe, and the psychological thriller is currently filming exterior scenes in home of the Medicis.
Set to hit the inside Caffè Gilli, outside the Uffizi Museum, on or in front the Ponte S. Trinita, in front of or inside Palazzo Medici Riccardi, and inside Santa Maria Novella train station, according to Hannibalism, Hannibal started filming on Monday.
Hannibal’s (Mads Mikkelsen) current partner in crime, Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson), appears to be the focus for many of the Florence-based scenes. The doctor accompanied Hannibal when he fled America, and now Bedelia can be seen wearing a variety of striking outfits while meandering through the history city (see photos below).
Anderson is not the only actor on set, however. Bystanders have snapped photos of Mikkelsen, Laurence Fishburne (Jack), Fortunato Cerlino (Inspector Pazzi), and Tom Wisdom (role unknown).
