Two months after reports circulated that Kimora Lee Simmons was pregnant with her fourth child, the news was confirmed this week.

On Monday, the 39-year-old was spotted out and about in St. Barts with a large baby bump. The model-turned-fashion designer was wearing a black dress while walking a dog.

Grey's Anatomy Star Sarah Drew Gives Birth To Baby Girl
Simmons is expecting with her husband Tim Leissner, whom she wed earlier this year. Her ex-husband was the one to reveal the news on social media with a kind tweet.
"All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married," business mogul Russell Simmons tweeted in February. "Tim has been in the family for a while now."
He also joked, "Oh. And.. Tim is not Russian. Lol."
The former couple divorced in 2009 after more than ten years of marriage. They have two daughters together - Ming, 14, and Aoki, 12. Simmons also has a 5-year-old son, Kenzo, with actor Djimon Hounsou. She split with the Guardians of the Galaxy actor in 2012.
