Bay is going to tell Emmett what she did for Daphne on Switched at Birth where it doesn't go as well as Bay probably had anticipated.

In a sneak peek posted on Wicked Local on Friday, Bay is in Emmett's room telling him how she took the fall for Daphne by saying she was the one who committed the vandalism. She explains that since this is her first offense, she'll get in trouble, but it won't be as big a punishment for her as it would've been for Daphne.

Of course, Emmett is confused and upset since he and Bay had plans to move to Los Angeles. Bay understands how that's an issue, but it's probably not that big of a deal as it seems. She says that Emmett can still go and she can meet him when this blows over.

Emmett also wants to know why Bay would make a decision like this without consulting him.

"Because I didn't want to be talked out of it," Bay responds. "And I knew that if I didn't go through with it, I was going to regret it- every single day knowing that I could've done something, but I didn't."

So what does this mean for Daphne? Emmett doesn't think it's fair that she just gets off with no punishment while Bay has to suffer. But Bay tries to be understanding for her by explaining that she had a lot going on after their dad died.
