Switched at Birth is going to be taking on a heavy start when Bay has to tell Emmett about what she did for Daphne.

What's Going To Happen With Lily & Toby On 'Switched At Birth?'

On Tuesday, series creator Lizzy Weiss posted a piece of the script on her Twitter page where a scene will take place right after the high school graduation. The episode titled "And It Cannot Be Changed" will show Bay in Emmett's room where she will still be in her graduation dress and she'll tell him how she took the fall for Daphne.

The script starts off with the two in the room when he asks Bay what's going to happen to her. She doesn't know, but since this is her first offense she will get something better than something else, but that line doesn't finish since it looks like Emmett will cut her off.

After Daphne committed vandalism, she was on the verge of going to prison since she had a record. This is why Bay said that she's the one who did it since she would probably get in less trouble than Daphne.

Based on the promo for the winter premiere, it looks like Bay is still going to have to suffer for something that Daphne did. Toby will tell Daphne that Bay is cleaning up her mess while Daphne realizes that she's caused a lot of harm to the people she cares about.

Switched at Birth Season 4 premieres on Tuesday, January 6 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
