VH1 hit reality show Mob Wives has turned into a war zone over the last several episodes, and the women are out for blood.

Cast mates Renee Graziano, Karen Gravano, Angela Raiola (Big Ang), Drita D'Avanzo and newbie Natalie Guercio, have not been seeing eye to eye lately, and things may be taking a turn for the worst.

In a new VH1 sneak peek, fans watch as Graziano and Big Ang meet face to face after a brief time apart.

Big Ang Gets Advice From Victoria Gotti

It looks like the reunion starts off fine, but there's no telling what really ends up happening.

The women, who have been friends for more than 20 years, recently had a falling out, and apparently Big Ang attacked Graziano for allegedly talking badly about her family.

During the season 5 premiere, fans quickly learned that the duo are not as close as they use to be, and Big Ang, who's usually the peace maker and voice of reason, is at her ex BFF's neck.

Big Ang recently took to Twitter to share a message about Graziano's son, and this is the first time Ang has even mentioned Graziano's name.

During a previous episode, Graziano sat down with cast mate Drita D'avanzo and these two hot heads were able to settle the drama, so hopefully Graziano can do the same with Big Ang.

Mob Wives will return on Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. on VH1, and this new episode is definitely not one fans want to miss.
