Fresh out of the academy, Michelle Vega (Josie Loren) kicked off her first season by quickly getting herself in trouble with Agent Cho as she tried to prove her worth. Unfortunately, the eager new agent might find herself written out of the series before The Mentalist airs its series finale.
While Loren and the rest of the cast have yet to confirm the rumored departure, the former Make It or Break it star appears to have departed set several weeks earlier than her costars. While filming for the finale wrapped up on Dec. 19, Loren has been jumping between Chicago, New York, and Miami since just before Thanksgiving.
A twitter exchange between Tim Knag (Cho) and Loren indicate that her final day of filming may have been in mid-November.
:So fun working with @josloren today!!" Kang tweeted, to which Loren responded, "Back atcha bud! Wouldn't have wanted anyone else there today."
Loren has also referred to her time on The Mentalist in the past tense, stating that working with talented guest stars "was one of [her] fav parts of the job."
