Gibbs' second ex-wife Rebecca finally made her first appearance on NCIS Tuesday night leaving many fans bamboozled.

Rebecca, played by Jeri Ryan, unexpectedly came to see Gibbs (Mark Harmon) in order to apologize for cheating on him.
"You walked in on me in bed with another man. I don't think there's a statute of limitations," she said. "I'm so, so sorry, J."

She also confessed that she hit rock bottom but is doing well now. Gibbs didn't really offer much of a response to Rebecca's words except for saying "OK." He also seemed like he wanted to move on from the conversation.
Yet, some fans couldn't move on from one thing - the man Rebecca is marrying aka the one she cheated on Gibbs with. They called her new beau a complete downgrade from the beloved Gibbs.
