The Wedding Ringer's Jenifer Lewis recently chatted about her character and more.

Lewis spoke with Stephanie Stephens for Mind Your Body, which was uploaded to Stephens' YouTube Channel Wednesday.

Lewis' character in the Sony comedy is named Doris Jenkins and she revealed what she has in common with her.

"Well, Doris is the voice of reason in The Wedding Ringer," Lewis shared.

"I play that role in many of my films," she added. Lewis was Aunt Helen on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and further shared, "I play everybody's mama, everybody's aunt. They come to me."

She revealed she tries to help those on screen when in character "as I do in my life."

She stated, "So yes, I had a lot in common with Doris."

Lewis also shared what it has been like to work with Kevin Hart once more. This is actually her fourth time acting alongside him for the big-screen.

She made a great comparison about her and Hart. "Kevin Hart, Jenifer Lewis are like Abbott and Costello," she dished, adding it's on and off screen.

Lewis revealed she's always laughing from Hart. "He's the biggest star in America right now," she said, but said he's still down-to-earth.

The actress also revealed what filming her last scene of The Wedding Ringer was like.

She revealed she was frustrated since she wanted the scene to turn out good, but she was tired since they were filming into the early hours of the morning.

"Kevin Hart looked at me and said, 'Miss Lewis we're not leaving here until you're happy,'" she shared.

She regards him as being "so professional" and much more.
