Keo Motsepe, one of the newest pros on ABC's Dancing With the Stars, has more or less confirmed that he will be competing on the upcoming 20th season of the dance competition.

Motsepe is currently performing in the Dancing With the Stars Live! Tour, which recently made a stop in Tulsa, Okla., which is where he revealed the news.

"When I come back next season, people will say they know who I am," Motsepe told the local Tulsa World.

The dancer joined the show in season 19 last fall where he was paired with Olympian Lolo Jones. Unfortunately, they were the first couple eliminated, so Motsepe did not have much time to show his stuff.

Born in South Africa, Motsepe is the first black pro dancer in the history of Dancing With the Stars. The dancer is fully aware of the precedent he is setting and is hoping to inspire kids to pursue dancing as a career option.

"Being on the show, I'm for myself making history, to open doors for young teenagers and young dancers coming up," Motsepe said. "It is possible to start dancing at a young age, and you can end up like Keo."

Now he's on tour with some of Dancing With the Stars' most popular pros, including Mark Ballas, Val Chmerkovskiy and last year's winner, Alfonso Ribeiro. He said that this tour allows fans to get to know the pros more, as opposed to the more celebrity-focused TV show.

"It's more of a chance for the audience to get to know the dancers more," Motsepe said. "The people want to know who they really are."

Dancing With the Stars season 20 is slated to premiere Monday, March 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
