A deleted scene from Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 was recently revealed and it features Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen.

In the clip which was unveiled on Vulture, Katniss is seen in the dressing room, with two makeup artists doing very shoddy job of her painting her face. Katniss seems to be perturbed but allows them to stroke odd lines on her face, until Effie (Elizabeth Banks) intervenes and comes to her rescue. "This is the face of a revolution, not some cave painting," Effie shouts at the minions.

The scene features as a bonus on the Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 home video release.

In other related news, a Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 song titled, The Hanging Tree, sung by Lawrence and composed by James Newton Howard recently went platinum, a report by Stereogum revealed. The publication also revealed that the song has figured in the top 5 list for iTunes in over 75 countries, and held coveted positions on Spotify and Billboard Hot 100 as well.

Recently, Lawrence revealed that the cast and crew weren't quite done wrapping filming for Mockingjay Part 2 yet, and the last scene was still left. In a chat with actor Eddie Redmayne, she stated that it was not easy on her, walking away from the series, she had spent so many years of her career working on.

"I think we're done with the press tour. I've got, like, one more thing to shoot for Hunger Games," she said. "We just have one scene to do for the end."

The movie will hit theaters on November 20.
