Criminal Minds star Nicholas Brendon is turning out to be a repeat offender as he was arrested again in a matter of a few months since being apprehended last.

This time, Brendon was picked up by the police on grand theft felony charges in Fort Lauterdale, Florida. The actor was in town for Shock Pop Comic Con, and was charged with damages to his hotel room which came up to $450.

According to a Zap2it report, the actor had notoriously tweeted about his dismal state a few hours before his arrest:

"Interesting" Details About Kate's Personal Life To Be Revealed In "Ambitious" Upcoming Episode 

"Hey Twatters! I'm stuck in Ft Lauderdale w/no per diem. No hotel. No ride to the airport. Thanks @Shockpopcc."

The tweet has since been deleted.

The last time Brendon was arrested, the incident was pretty similar to this one. He was held up after a fracas with hotel staff members at the Idaho Comic-Con, and has been now committed to rehab.

The actor mixed his pain relief medication with heavy drinking, and fought with the staff, which led to his arrets. Brendon felt repentant via Facebook and let fans know that he was taking steps to rectify things, and put his drinking problem in check.

Brendon plays Kevin Lynch, who is something of a computer geek on the show and is romantically involved with Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness).
