Being a celebrity couple is usually has a large amount of pressure thanks to the public spotlight, but New Kids on the Block singer Jonathon Knight and his actor boyfriend Harley Rodriguez aren't afraid of the pressure it might put on their relationship while running on season 26 of The Amazing Race.

Jeff Doesn't Think A Blind Date Is A Bad Thing On 'The Amazing Race'

In fact, the two are actually looking forward to some other aspect of how the race will potentially impact their relationship, because despite being together for seven years, they still find new things to learn about one another-and they think that will help them out in some of the stressful situations they could encounter on the race.

"I think in any relationship, there's always new stuff to learn," Knight said in a pre-race interview with CBS. "I learn new things about him every day. It's some little things, it's some big things."

"Yeah, and when you're put into certain situations, that's the thing too," Rodriguez added. "You know, we're going to be in situations that we've never been in. It'll be interesting to see how we can interact with that."

The two are also not worried about heated moments getting to them too much either, as they plan to let things go after they happen.

"That's the thing with a relationship too, you know, that that is in the moment, and when that moment's over, those feelings are gone," Knight said.

And while Knight's job may not necessarily be a help (though it could be an advantage if he encounters fans who try to help them along the way), Rodriguez has since become a fitness instructor-and thinks his ability to always coach people to keep pushing could be an advantage for them as well.

"It's going to be good with the show, it's go, go, go, go, go, and also being able to tell him, 'let's go, it's the last ten seconds, or do the last ten...maybe, pushups,'" he said. "I have that background of pushing people and I think that will help."
