In a recent interview, Irrfan Khan, who plays the park owner Masrani in Jurassic World, gave away a few details about the Indominus Rex.

Chris Pratt Talks About "Epic Spectacles" In Jurassic Franchise 

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, the actor revealed that the dinosaur was the only one they didn't use CGI for and actually constructed a real life-size model for. While describing the beast, Khan stated that it was obviously "scary" but gives you a "strange feeling."

He added that in the previous films they had "real dinosaurs" whereas in this one they were relying on VFX and technical wizardry. But Indominus Rex will be kind of the real deal.

Details of Character Responsible for Security of Jurassic World Revealed 

"I'm playing the park owner, a very enterprising business man, who has all kinds of busines around the world, so now he owns the park," he said of his character.

Jurassic World has been directed by Colin Trevorrow and stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio, Ty Simpkins and Judy Greer.

The Jurassic Park films are based on Michael Crichton's series of novels about pre-historic beasts being revived by revolutionary gene technology. Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are co-producing the film alongside Steven Spielberg, who directed the first two installments in the franchise. Irrfan Khan and Ty Simpkins also star in the movie.

The film will hit theaters on June 12, 2015.
