Zachary Quinto and his boyfriend Miles McMillan might have a romance that can be explained through television.

Zachary Quinto 'Definitely' Wants To Have Kids

On Wednesday, Quinto posted something on Twitter about the HBO series Looking, which unfortunately just got cancelled. But before this news was announced, the actor pointed out that the show about gay relationships is actually very realistic.

"i sure hope @HBO picks up @LookingHBO for season three... such beautifully honest portrayals of the gay experience. Meaningful and moving..." Quinto posted.

This gives the impression that the actor's real-life romance with his model beau is close to how the romance looks on the HBO series since he said that the relationships on the show are "honest." Quinto might be disappointed at this time though since his hope for a renewal has been shot down.

In a previous interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Quinto dished on where he wants his personal life to end up someday. One thing he eventually wants to do is become a father.

"I definitely want kids, for sure," he said. "I gravitate toward the people in my life who have kids. I love fostering relationships with them and watching them discover the world and being a part of that. I definitely want that."

When it comes to marriage, however, Quinto might not be heading down that road.

"I personally am not a huge fan of marriage, whether it's gay or straight," he said. "Commitment and relationships are a very individual thing, and I don't stand to tell other people what to do or who to do it with, but for me, love is defined by two people in an intimate and personal way, and superimposing an institution on that isn't necessarily, for me, the most exciting idea."
